Amy Carlson is an experienced personal injuries lawyer practiced in advising clients on public liability, motor vehicle, WorkCover and superannuation matters for more than 20 years.
Amy advises business and insurance clients such as WorkCover Queensland, as well as claimants in public liability, motor accident and other personal injury claims. Amy’s priority is to understand the circumstances of each individual claim with a view to identifying and managing all relevant issues proactively.
Amy has particular experience advising clients in historical and institutional abuse matters including claims under the National Redress Scheme. She holds broad experience practicing in civil litigation in Queensland, as well as other Australian states. She is experienced in managing team performance and ensuring that matters are progressed as expeditiously as possible.
