Phil Carlson is an experienced personal injuries and employment lawyer, having advised clients on WorkCover matters, personal injury and motor accident matters, Workplace Health and Safety matters and employment law matters for more than 10 years.

He advises claimants in motor accident and personal injury claims as well as clients such as WorkCover Queensland on matters involving mining, manufacturing, healthcare and psychiatric injury claims. Phil is experienced working with claimants, General Counsels, SME Business owners, CEOs, claims managers, and HR managers, understanding that identifying relevant issues at an early stage in any claim is important to a speedy resolution.

Phil has particular experience advising clients in the personal injury industry and regularly presents on topics relevant to this to clients that operate in this space, such as managing psychiatric injury claims.
