Chelsea is a Senior Associate in the Wills & Estates team at Mullins Lawyers specialising in estate planning, complex estate administration and litigation matters involving corporate and trading entities, superannuation and trusts.

Also acting in guardianship and administration matters before QCAT, Chelsea has been successful in investigating breaches of duties by attorneys (e.g., elder abuse, undue influence, and misappropriation of funds), declarations for capacity in circumstances where capacity is challenged, and the removal and appointment of administrators and guardians.  Working closely with both national and international advisors, Chelsea ensures that her clients receive practical, clear and commercially focused advice.

Chelsea also provides direct support to Partner, Michael Klatt during his court appointments as an independent administrator for complex estate litigation and statutory trustee matters.

She is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a worldwide organisation guiding professional conduct and supports best practice and a full member of the Women Lawyers Association of Queensland.  Chelsea is also a Committee Member for the Queensland Law Society Succession Law Committee.

Parallel to law, Chelsea also enjoys flying light aircrafts and previously represented the Australian Women Pilots’ Association as the Secretary of the Queensland Branch from 2022 to 2024.
