Anna-Britt is a Partner in our Insurance Litigation Team.

Anna-Britt has represented clients across a wide range of motor vehicle, workers’ compensation, public liability, and aviation matters since 2013. This experience has afforded Anna-Britt with a forensic advantage in understanding the intrinsic dynamics of each individual claim for plaintiffs and defendants alike.

Anna-Britt’s clients have included insurers, employers, and self-insureds. She has acted for employers ranging from small businesses to large government departments and airline self-insurers. She is committed to providing responsive, balanced, and strategic advice to her clients to ensure their best interests are achieved in a cost effective and practical manner. She also enjoys regularly engaging with clients to better understand the unique nature of their business, including their key and commercial drivers, and keeping them fully informed during each step of the common law claim process.

Anna-Britt has a special interest in pure psychiatric injury claims due to the complexities involving liability and causation in each matter, as well as the opportunity to argue novel defences such as reasonable management action.
