Roz's Journey and Expertise
Roz began her legal career as a graduate/trainee solicitor at a small plaintiff-only personal injury law firm. There, she gained valuable experience working on high quantum cases, particularly those involving spinal and brain injuries. After the firm wound down, Roz moved to a mid-sized PI firm, where she spent 13 years handling various personal injury claims. This extensive background has equipped her with the skills necessary to manage complex cases effectively.
Roz transitioned to Mullins to broaden her knowledge and experience in both plaintiff and defendant work. Her years of plaintiff experience will be invaluable as she learns from the best defendant insurance lawyers and shares her expertise with them.
Shane's Career Path and Insights
Shane’s legal career began when he took a role as a Law Clerk at a small plaintiff personal injury firm in 2010. He then started full-time work at a mid-sized PI firm as a Graduate while also undertaking full-time professional legal training. At that firm, he advanced through the ranks from Graduate to Senior Associate over the course of 10 years, resolving close to 500 claims.
The global pandemic prompted Shane to re-evaluate his career goals, leading him to seek new challenges on the defendant side. Mullins provided the perfect opportunity for this transition, allowing Shane to leverage his plaintiff advocacy skills while learning from top defendant insurance lawyers.
