Commercial leasing expertise saves time, money and stress when moving premises

One of my professional services clients approached me about moving CBD office locations.

Commercial leasing is often a juggling act, and in this case, multiple agreements, leases, sub-leases surrenders, deeds and naming rights over several floors of prime office space added to the challenge. The matter was particularly difficult because my client needed to lease several connecting floors, all available for lease at different times.

Over ten months, I negotiated the complex documentation required, culminating in one final version lease across all floors when the last premises became available.

Ultimately, my client achieved a staged move into their long-term premises with a minimum of fuss – and the juggling and hard work paid off.
