David is a Partner in the Business team. He has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions in large private enterprise; and working with start-ups and sporting organisations.
Pragmatic and collaborative, David provides solutions to help his clients grow, innovate, connect and be investor-ready.
David's skill lies in his ability to break down complex commercial dealings to their simplest terms and focus on the issues that matter. This includes advice regarding share and business disposals and acquisitions, Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) compliance, corporate governance, general corporate and commercial advice.
David also provides advice to national and state sporting organisations on a range of commercial matters.
Prior to joining Mullins in 2011, David worked in general practice for four years advising small to medium size businesses. His practical advice and cost-effective solutions reflect his commercial background and desire to always achieve his clients' goals.
