As a Senior Associate in the Property team, Nicole is an experienced property lawyer who brings broad knowledge across a range of property law areas, including acquisitions and disposals, contract management, residential and mixed-use property developments, due diligence, and commercial and retail leasing. She has particular expertise assisting clients in the acquisition of greenfield sites and subsequent development of large-scale mixed-use staged subdivisions and master-planned communities.

Having assisted a variety of clients including government departments, national organisations, religious and charitable bodies, and high-net individuals, Nicole is focused on providing the firm’s clients with practical and commercially focused advice to achieve a favourable legal outcome.

Through her volunteer work with a community legal centre, Nicole also has experience advising individual private clients in neighbourhood and residential tenancy disputes, Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal matters, capacity and power of attorney issues, and minor civil and consumer disputes.
