James Tregenza is a solicitor in the Insurance team at Mullins Lawyers, with extensive experience in personal injury insurance law.
Since 2014 James has advised both plaintiff and defendant clients across a broad range of matters, including workers’ compensation, compulsory third party (CTP), and public liability claims.
He has acted for insurers, employers, government departments, and individuals, and regularly assists SME businesses, directors, claims managers, and HR professionals. James understands the need for timely, practical, and commercially sound advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
James has particular experience managing claims involving indemnity, liability, quantum and evidence issues.
