Yvonne is an experienced corporate and regulatory lawyer in our Business Services team, qualified in Ireland, the UK and Australia, with more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on corporate advisory, M&A and commercial transactions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Yvonne brings top‑tier and international experience, having worked with a number of leading banks and law firms in Australia and Ireland before joining Mullins.

She acts for SMEs, start‑ups, banks, insurers and other regulated entities on corporate and commercial matters, including transactions and M&A, commercial contracts, privacy and data protection, governance and regulatory risk management. Yvonne regularly advises executives, boards, general counsel, business owners and acquirers on their obligations.

More recently, Yvonne has acted on a number of capital raises and mid‑market private M&A transactions across a range of industries and sectors, including financial services, infrastructure assets (including elevator and lift companies), medtech and technology.
