Mitchell is a partner within our Property team who specialises in planning, environmental and construction law.
Mitchell is also a qualified town planner and his nearly 20 years of experience includes acting for an extensive range of clients including State and Local Government authorities, developers, land owners and submitters on a broad range of planning, environmental, heritage, mining, major infrastructure, construction, engineering, land acquisition and property matters.
He represents clients in the Magistrates Court, Planning and Environment Court, Land Court and Supreme Court of Queensland and provides clients with ‘front end’ procedural and strategic advice.
His experience working within both the private and public sectors has allowed him to develop a broad skillset that encompasses all elements of built environment law.
