Lynn is an Associate in the Wills and Estates team. She acts for clients across estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation and estate planning.

Lynn advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries in contested probate and administration matters, family provision claims, trust and superannuation disputes, and QCAT proceedings. She also advises clients on estate planning strategies for simple to complex matters, including for company and trust structures.
