Jemma has represented clients in both Plaintiff and Defendant matters ranging from motor vehicle accidents (CTP claims), workers’ compensation and public liability. Within the Plaintiff sphere, Jemma has acted for clients who sustained catastrophic injuries arising from motor vehicles and work incidents.
