Gary Koh is an experienced property lawyer in Mullins’ Property team, having advised clients on residential and hotel developments, mixed-use developments, infrastructure projects, acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, joint venture and development agreements, and hotel management agreements for more than 20 years.

He advises clients including property developers, hotel owners, high-net-worth individuals, local government, state government, and listed property trusts on matters involving commercial property acquisitions and sales, large-scale development projects, and leasing transactions. Gary works closely with developers, business owners, executives, asset managers and property investment stakeholders, understanding the importance of achieving commercial objectives, managing risk, and delivering practical and timely advice.

He has extensive experience drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts for the acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial and development properties, as well as undertaking detailed due diligence investigations for significant property transactions and developments.

Gary is recognised for his commercial approach, technical expertise, and ability to manage complex property transactions efficiently and effectively. He was recognised in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession as a Recommended Property and Real Estate Lawyer in Queensland in 2012, 2014 and 2026, and has been recognised in The Best Lawyers in Australia since 2020.
