Gary Koh is an experienced property lawyer in Mullins’ Property team, having advised clients on residential and hotel developments, mixed-use developments, infrastructure projects, acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, joint venture and development agreements, and hotel management agreements for more than 20 years.

He advises clients including property developers, hotel owners, high-net-worth individuals, local government, state government, and listed property trusts on matters involving commercial property acquisitions and sales, large-scale development projects, and leasing transactions.
