Mullins Lawyers has announced the promotion of four outstanding lawyers across its Employment, Migration, Insurance and Wills & Estates practices, including three promotions to Senior Associate and one to Associate.

Among those promoted is Sarv Singh, winner of the 2024 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award (Migration Law), recognised for her strategic and pragmatic advice to individuals and corporate clients navigating Australian visa and permanent residency pathways.

Bronte Jackson, promoted to Senior Associate in the Business Services team, specialises in employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety, and regularly represents clients before the Fair Work Commission and other state and federal tribunals.

Also promoted to Senior Associate, Roz van der Blom brings more than a decade of experience advising plaintiff and defendant clients on workers’ compensation, public liability, motor vehicle accident and medical negligence claims, including acting for WorkCover Queensland.

Lynn Lai, promoted to Associate in the Wills and Estates team, has over 11 years’ experience advising on complex estate litigation matters, including family provision claims, contested probate, superannuation disputes and QCAT proceedings.

Managing Partner Sam McIvor said the promotions reflect Mullins’ commitment to recognising talent and supporting career progression and success within the firm.

These promotions reward and celebrate exceptional legal talent and reinforce our commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders within the firm,” Mr McIvor said.
