Nick is an experienced construction and disputes lawyer, advising clients on complex construction disputes, contract risk and project delivery issues across Queensland and nationally. He acts for developers, principals, head contractors and subcontractors across the full project lifecycle, from procurement and contract negotiation through to claims management and dispute resolution.
He regularly advises commercial developers and contractors on high-value matters involving delay and disruption claims, variations, security of payment adjudications, defect disputes and termination risk. He works closely with directors, project managers, commercial teams and in-house counsel, focusing on practical legal strategies that protect cashflow, maintain project momentum and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
