Glen is an experienced Senior Associate with a broad range of expertise in commercial and property matters.
Following his admission in 2011, Glen has managed acquisitions and disposals of businesses and commercial properties across a variety of industry sectors, advising on complex leasing, governance and risk management, corporate structuring, and liquor and gaming matters.
Glen has worked with clients including owners and operators of pubs, community clubs, accommodation venues and childcare centres, as well as property developers and other SMEs.
A trusted advisor to in-house legal counsels, acquisitions managers, and business owners operating within those areas, Glen understands what is important to his clients and delivers pragmatic commercial solutions.
During his time at a global law firm in the United Kingdom, Glen also gained experience advising global investment banks on competition and regulatory matters.
More personally, Glen has a passion for sport and has participated in sporting tribunals for soccer, touch football and water polo. He has acted as an independent tribunal member and as Chair, adjudicating on disciplinary and member protection matters.
