Corina is a passionate and highly sought-after expert in Australian immigration law. She is a Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1281043), admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Corina is seeking to become an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist through the Queensland Law Society’s next program intake.

Corina assists a wide range of clients including both large scale companies and small to medium enterprises seeking Work and Skilled Visas for foreign workers, and private individuals seeking a full range of visas such as short-stay visas, independent and permanent migration, student pathways, specialist entry visas (such as the Distinguished Talent Visa), business migration, partner and other family category visas and Australian citizenship.

Corina has extensive experience in handling complex immigration law matters and making submissions to the Department of Immigration in seeking various waivers and exemptions. This includes preparing quality advice and submissions for, and including, meeting the health and character requirements, comprehensive and auditable business and training plans, the English requirement, preclusion periods (otherwise known as ‘three-year bans’ or ‘re-entry bans’), waiver of the ‘No Further Stay’ condition, other visa-specific requirements, advising substantial criminal history applicants and assisting clients without a visa in regularising their immigration status. She also assists clients with merits and judicial review applications, and Requests for Ministerial Intervention.

Indeed, she has an exceptional record in assisting clients secure residency in Australia across a full range of visas and has a talent for finding novel visa solutions and devising strategies for complicated migrant circumstances.
