Adam is a Senior Associate in our Litigation team.

Adam regularly advises and represents clients in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, including general contractual disputes, secured and unsecured debt recovery, property and leasing disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence matters.

In the insolvency space, Adam has a high level of experience in personal and corporate insolvency and restructuring processes with a particular focus on providing strategic advice for practitioners, company officers and creditors as well as both the prosecution and defence of voidable transaction claims.

Adam also has experience in judicial review matters in the Supreme Court of Queensland and a keen interest in regulatory compliance and disciplinary processes involving licensed venues.

Adam has appeared and instructed Counsel in all Queensland Courts, particularly the Supreme and District Courts, as well as in the Federal Courts (including the High Court of Australia). He also has experience in a number of interstate Courts, including the Supreme Courts of NSW and Victoria.
