Mullins launches Family Law Practice

Queensland law firm Mullins Lawyers is proud to announce the launch of its Family Law practice, marked by the strategic appointment of highly respected family law Partner, Pierce Carstensen.

Pierce joins Mullins from McInnes Wilson Lawyers, where he spent more than a decade successfully leading the firm’s Family Law team.

With a reputation for delivering tailored, client-focused outcomes through collaboration and strategic representation, Pierce brings deep legal expertise and a practical, outcomes-driven approach to the firm and its clients.

His practice spans all facets of family law — including complex property settlements, parenting matters and financial agreements — and he is particularly known for working closely with clients’ trusted advisors, such as financial planners, accountants and real estate professionals, to achieve results that align with their broader financial and personal goals.
