Mark is a Partner in our Litigation team. He represents individuals, corporate clients of all sizes, accounting firms, banks and some of Queensland’s more prominent liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy.

With his strong commercial background, Mark brings experience, a frank approach and a listening ear to dispute negotiations. Clients value his ability to achieve commercial and realistic outcomes as quickly as possible.

Mark’s practice area spans contractual and property disputes, negligence and trade practices claims, recovery of secured and unsecured loans, leasing disputes, partnership and franchise disputes, receiverships, administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies. He also acts in building and construction disputes and provides litigation support for liquor and gaming matters, including reviews, compliance matters and disciplinary actions.

Mark also has a background in general commercial matters such as commercial leasing, commercial and residential conveyancing and the sale and acquisition of businesses, rounding off more than 20 years’ experience in the legal industry.

The interesting challenges and teamwork required in dispute resolution and insolvency continue to fuel his interest and commitment in this area of law.
