Emma is an Associate in our Litigation team.

Emma commenced her legal career working as a litigation secretary for eight years prior to her admission as a solicitor in 2022.

Since her admission, Emma has advised clients with respect to various aspects of commercial dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, property and leasing disputes, and professional negligence matters. Emma also has experience advising clients in various insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies.

Emma has represented clients in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. She also has experience representing clients in interstate Courts, such as the Local Court of New South Wales.

Emma is recognised for her attention to detail and enjoys using these skills to assist in achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.
