Whole-of-project legal advice on shopping centre development, from purchase right through to sale

For a client’s shopping centre development in northern NSW, I was instructed after purchase to act through all stages of construction, leasing and operation until its eventual sale.

It was a complex transaction, requiring inter-jurisdictional collaboration and expertise, and ongoing asset management.

After completion, my client was able to sell the centre with minimal due diligence enquires – a credit to the consistency of documentation and high service delivery.

Working on development projects from the ground up gives me an opportunity to add value to projects over many years.
