Acting for a large workers’ compensation insurer, I was advising on a claim for injury by a truck driver involved in a single vehicle rollover.
In this case, there was no evidence of any vehicle or road defect, and the driver had pleaded guilty to a traffic offence arising from the incident.

I researched many highly technical aspects associated with each allegation, and sourced expert evidence to effectively defend each aspect of the claim as it related to liability.
The Claimant discontinued his claim shortly before the trial.
