Krystal's work in estate litigation includes dealing with family provision applications, contentious probate proceedings, disputes between co-executors or between executors and beneficiaries, applications for directions, applications to remove executors and proceedings involving the conduct of former enduring attorneys.
Her work in trust litigation includes dealing with breaches of trust, disputes between co-trustees or between trustees and beneficiaries, applications for directions and applications to remove or appoint trustees.
Krystal also advises on all types of estate and trust administrations.

Prior to joining Mullins, Krystal worked at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions instructing prosecutors on sentences and trials involving major crime.
