Andrew is a Partner in our Business team. He helps clients protect, enhance, commercialise and enforce their intellectual property rights; and advises on commercial and business matters including structuring, asset protection, contract terms, privacy and data.

Clients appreciate Andrew’s ability to make complex legal issues and concepts easily understood; and how he adds value to the process through his extensive commercial knowledge, efficient and thorough approach.

Andrew regularly contributes to academic and industry journals; and presents to industry seminars in his areas of expertise, most often on topics relating to Intellectual Property.

After almost 25 years in practice, 15 of them at Mullins, Andrew especially enjoys working with new products, developments, technology and brands, often at the cutting edge. He works with multinationals, publicly listed companies, banks and financial institutions, entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups and private individuals to maximise and protect their interests.
