Life At Mullins Is A Little Different

Life At Mullins

You'd expect the culture of a large corporate law firm to be serious, straight-laced and slightly stuffy. We'll admit to being serious when we need to be, but the other two? Never.

At Mullins, we like to push the boundaries of what a law firm is supposed to be.

For our clients, that means being more than just expert lawyers to deliver practical, personal solutions to achieve your goals. For our people, it means providing a workplace that's challenging, inspiring and fun.

MullinsLifestyle

We're proud of our people and our culture. Our ability to deliver more than law rests on both our commitment to results and our belief in balance. MullinsLifestyle is a program that gives our people opportunities to focus on their health and wellbeing, and try something new throughout the year.

Whether it's cooking, meditation or boxing classes, candle-making or whisky tasting - taking time out is an essential part of our culture. No matter how busy we are, people come first. Interested in joining our team? See what opportunities are available.

Professional Development

Our people are curious and informed. We keep up to date with legislative changes and continuing professional development through regular seminars, conferences and workshops. We also hold advanced level training in specialist areas to better support our clients and our staff.

Community Giving

Helping others through our Community Giving program also brings the team together regularly. Our annual Christmas Day of Giving is one of the highlights of the year, where we pack and deliver hampers of donated goods and gifts to local families in need, and present funds to local charities we have sponsored.

In recent years, Mullins has been a proud supporter of:

  • BestLife - providing families with children living with disability high quality out of home experiences their kids need and deserve.
  • The Little Kings Movement - supporting people with disabilities to respond to the joy, hope and love in their spiritual and social lives.
  • Hummingbird House - Queensland's only children's hospice.
